Point sp skill at ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/docs and narrow its scope

Browse Source 
Rewrite the hard-coded install paths to the portable plugin-root path,
and narrow the description to single-need lookups so whole-app requests
route to the new sp-stack skill.
