# @suaveplan/crypto-utils
## 0.0.0
- Initial scaffold under `crypto-primitive-replaceability` Phase 0.
- Encoding: hex, base64, base64url, base58.
- Bytes helpers: `concatBytes`, `xor`, `i2osp`, `os2ip`.
- Constant-time equality.
- Random bytes (wraps `globalThis.crypto.getRandomValues`).
- Zeroize.
- Merkle-root / Merkle-proof (generic over any hash primitive).
- Test harnesses: `runVectors` (KAT), `diffFuzz` (differential fuzz).
- `PrimitiveId` union + registry of every primitive across `crypto-hash`, `crypto-curve`, `crypto-cipher`.
- `PrimitiveNotImplemented` error (code `CRYPTO.UTILS.PRIMITIVE_NOT_IMPLEMENTED`).
