- [x] 1.3 Rewrite `openspec/specs/bytes/spec.md` to seven `### Requirement: <name>` blocks with `**Verified by:**` lines

## 2. Verification

- [x] 2.1 `bun scripts/openspec-conformance.ts @suaveplan/bytes` — exit 0, no `error` findings
- [x] 2.2 `bunx turbo lint typecheck test --filter=@suaveplan/bytes` — green
- [x] 2.3 `bunx turbo test:coverage --filter=@suaveplan/bytes` — 100/100/100/100

## 3. Archive (deferred until 2.x are green)
