Tasks: testing-dom-spec-conformance

1. New tests

• 1.1 Add tests/exports-map.spec-conformance.test.ts that parses package.json and pins the dual-runner conditional-exports shape (. vitest/default → index, bun → runner/bun-test; presence of ./polyfills, ./matchers, ./config, ./errors, ./render, ./queries, ./user).

2. Spec annotations

• 2.1 Add **Verified by:** line under every ### Requirement: block in openspec/specs/testing-dom/spec.md (9 requirements).
• 2.2 Correct the path reference in the "Coverage and docs gates" requirement from packages/universal/testing-dom/src/ to packages/dev/testing-dom/src/.

3. Archive cleanup

• 3.1 Replace the legacy retro-tick phrasing in openspec/archive/2026-04-19-enterprise-testing-dom/tasks.md with a neutral pointer to this change.

4. Verify

• 4.1 bunx turbo lint typecheck test --filter=@suaveplan/testing-dom green.
• 4.2 bunx turbo test:coverage --filter=@suaveplan/testing-dom 100/100/100/100.
• 4.3 bun scripts/openspec-conformance.ts @suaveplan/testing-dom exits 0.
