Summary

Production monitoring + distributed tracing for the Suaveplan mesh. Collects metrics across four categories (node / connection / message / hierarchy), supports the four standard metric types (Counter / Gauge / Histogram / Summary) with both push and pull collection, raises threshold-based monitor:alert bus events with cooldown suppression, propagates OpenTelemetry-compatible trace ids across mesh hops with four sampling strategies (probabilistic / rate-limited / error-based / priority-based) plus clock-skew detection and correction, retains rolled-up history per metric, and adapts sampling rate downward under high metric volume so monitoring overhead never degrades the network it observes. Wrapped in a single MonitorPlugin satisfying the NetworkPlugin lifecycle.
