The anchor clause already establishes ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/docs/, so the
first traversal element is README.md, not docs/README.md.

The api-plugin-* packages mount via @suaveplan/api's defineApp().use(plugin)
(confirmed in api-plugin-payment's quick-start), not the lower-level
createHost() from @suaveplan/api-host. Also make the docs-traversal
fallback root explicit as docs/README.md instead of borrowing sp's
packages/ terminology.

Rewrite the hard-coded install paths to the portable plugin-root path,
and narrow the description to single-need lookups so whole-app requests
route to the new sp-stack skill.

Relocate the ~6k-file docs tree from the repo root into
plugins/document-navigator/docs/ so the plugin is self-contained and
portable. docs/superpowers/ (specs and plans) stays at the repo root.
Moved via cp+rm rather than git mv because directory rename() fails with
EPERM on this WSL /mnt DrvFs mount; git rename-detection pairs the
identical-content files at commit time.

Add `* text=auto eol=lf` and renormalize the tree. Eliminates the
CRLF<->LF churn across the docs mirror so structural changes produce
clean diffs.
