## Implementation Phasing
The adaptation plans should be implemented in the following sequence to maximize impact while minimizing disruption:
### Phase 1: Foundation (1-2 months)
- Implement ADAPT_1 (Core Architecture Refinements)
- Begin API stability work from ADAPT_2
- Create initial documentation improvements
### Phase 2: Framework Enhancement (2-3 months)
- Complete ADAPT_2 (API Stability and Transport Framework)
- Begin cold start optimizations from ADAPT_3
- Implement critical test scenarios from ADAPT_4
### Phase 3: Optimization (2-3 months)
- Complete ADAPT_3 (Performance Optimization)
- Continue with ADAPT_4 testing and internationalization
- Begin developer tooling from ADAPT_5
### Phase 4: Quality and Experience (3-4 months)
- Complete ADAPT_4 (Testing and Integration)
- Continue with ADAPT_5 developer experience improvements
- Begin framework integrations
### Phase 5: Ecosystem Building (3-4 months)
- Complete ADAPT_5 (Developer Experience and Community)
- Finalize all documentation
- Establish community processes
## Resource Requirements

## Conclusion
The adaptation roadmap provides a structured path to transform the network library into a more robust, efficient, and developer-friendly system. By following this phased approach, we can systematically address the identified issues while continuing to support existing users and adding valuable new capabilities.
The total effort for full implementation is estimated at 123-175 person-days, suggesting a 10-12 month timeline with the recommended staffing. However, each adaptation plan delivers tangible benefits, so value will be realized incrementally throughout the implementation process.
