4. Documentation

5. Pre-archive gates

• 5.1 bunx turbo lint typecheck test --filter=@suaveplan/api-plugin-site green.
• 5.2 bunx turbo test:coverage --filter=@suaveplan/api-plugin-site ≥ 100% on every metric.
• 5.3 bunx turbo build --filter=@suaveplan/api-plugin-site green.
• 5.4 Banned-pattern scan returns no hits.
